Trekking Amalfi Coast from this year offers the Extra Activity “Path of the Gods with lunch or dinner at the shepherd’s hut“.
We will walk on one of the most beautiful paths in Italy or perhaps in the world, suspended between the sky and the blue sea of the coast, we will admire the islands of the gulf, the Faraglioni of Capri, and the beautiful Positano from above, we will know the millennial history of these places with its legends related to the Greek world.
At one point we will stop at Antonio’s place, a local shepherd, who will host us in his old farmhouse overlooking the sea, to let us taste his amazing produce at km 0, all rigorously cultivated by him, like his legendary cheeses, meats, vegetables and many other delicacies, without missing a good glass of wine.
We will visit his beautiful sheepfold nestled in a grottos, and learn the stories related to his family of breeders and farmers.
